Scott Baker a 2005 graduate of Wayne State University Law School has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Biology and Environmental Sciences from Alma College.
Scott has been practicing criminal law his entire career, having worked as a municipal prosecuting attorney in the 52-1st District Court for over 12 years Scott understands the criminal justice system inside and out and has the knowledge and skills to navigate you through a difficult situation.
Scott is admitted to practice in all state courts in Michigan as well as the United States District Court-Eastern District of Michigan.
Scott has previously served as the prosecuting attorney for the following municipalities.
Scott handles all types of criminal matters, felonies, misdemeanors and civil infractions. Additionally, Scott has extensive experience in general municipal law, ordinance drafting and review, contract negation and review, zoning and ZBA and he offers consulting services for municipalities as well as developers.
Leann Kimberlin is a graduate of the University of Michigan, earning a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her J.D. from Michigan State Law School in 1992 and was admitted to the State Bar that same year.
Leann has extensive general practice experience handling matters in the areas of probate, real estate, commercial litigation, corporate law and family law. Her work includes participation in all aspects of litigation with a focus on research and writing. Her probate work includes representation of clients in administration of decedent estates, guardianships, conservatorships and trusts. Her experience in the area of real estate includes assisting clients with the purchase, sale and rental of property, as well as resolution of title issues.
